"Hi John, I recently completed your motorcycle riding school and I must say that it was a great learning experience. I did my classroom on 10/22/11 with Laura and the range 10/27 and 28th with Kurt and Jimmy. These people are exceptional instructors and a credit to the school. Please pass this on to their supervisors. When I am able to buy a bike I will come to 128 cycles first and see what I can afford. Thanks again."

"I just finished taking the Motorcycle Safety foundation's Rider Course at the Motorcycle riding School in Beverly. Sherrill you are the best, you want FANTASTIC, personalized service call Sherrill...She is the first step in the riding experience and will make the whole sign up experience easy and painless. I did not feel that the group lessons were for me and took the private lessons, well worth the time and the money. I worked with Paul W. as my coach, knowledgable, understanding of my needs and patient beyond imagination. Paul helped me learn the basic skills of riding and all of the skills that are taught in the group session. I feel i have made some true friends and definitely know i have walked away a much better driver on the road whether it be in my car or someday on my own bike. Thank you Sherrill and Paul, you took what i thought would be a frightening experience, not knowing whether i could do this or not and turned it into an amazing experience making me look forward to the future riding time i am going to have with all the knowledge i have gained thur my private lessons This style of learning happens to be the best for me and i am so glad 128 cycle offers private lessons with NO PRESSURE at all. Thank you again Sherrill and Paul for all of your help from the very begining to the very end of the riding school experience. I could not have done it without you....I look forward to the spring to take my private lesson with Paul again to get ready for the new season of riding and brush up on everything i have learned up until this point. Don't change the way you do business, why change what is already the best....Pick up the phone, call Sherrill, start your journey to a whole new world of safe motorcycle riding. Thank you again Sherrill and especially Paul for getting me to the point i never thought i would make it too, it can only get better..I am still riding the high of passing my test and getting started down the road to safe riding...Well worth the time and money..I will be a much safer and better driver in a car and on a motorcycle ..See you soon..cannot wait to visit and start my journey to safe motorcycling... "I would like to take a moment to recognize and publicly thank Cycles 128, the Honda Dealership in Beverly, MA. In particular, I'd like to recognize the service dept- including Todd, Dave, and Frank Sr, for the excellent work in getting my bike frame looked at, the problem assesed, and the frame ordered, delivered and swapped out in time for my trip. Without everyone, including the warranty department, working together this monumental job could not have been completed in time! Now I dont know if this service was in part due to the fat that I have purchased all my bikes from this dealership since 1980, or the fact that I'd show up once in a while with coffee and donuts, but the way I was treated and the workmanship that took place on my bike was first-rate.(Thanks again, Todd!) Plus, they let me check the progress on an every other day schedule. With only a couple of minor glitches to remedy before leaving, I could not be happier. And the trip went off without a hitch. (Well 1 headlight went out, but we couldnt blame it on the frame swap.) So to all of you, my wife and I say a big "Thank You!" We did not worry for one minute about our Honda Gold Wing or the work that had been done on it. You know where my next bike is comming from!"

"Dear Mr Rice, I recently had the opportunity to transact business with your company and was so pleased with the level of service that I felt compelled to relay my account and appreciation. Having once done business with yopur establishment in the past, which was another plesant experience, I still possessed the business card of your sales manager Keith Pemberton. I contacted Mr. Pemberton one day via email to explain to him how I was looking to trade in one motorcycle on a new one. Mr. Pemberton responded very promptly to my email asd was able to quickly put some numbers together regarding my proposed transaction. It was within twenty-four hours that he informed me as to the best deal he was able to offer me. He was very straight forward and honest in his approach, quoting me a fair and competitive deal. Mr. Pemberton was also not aggressive in least when I informed him that I would like to sleep on the numbers that he has presented me with. When he and I spoke the next day and I had decided to go forward with the transaction he promptly began working to locate the motorcycle for which I wished to purchase. From that point forward it took Mr. Pemberton less than fourty eight hours to locate my bike from out of state and have it ready at Cycles 128 for me to take delivery on. Mr Pemberton even took the time to find me a pristine example of a motorcycle that is no longer in production. There is no question that he had gone the extra mile to make me satisfied customer and for his efforts he has secured me as a lifetime customer. My complete experience at Cycles has been positive. No one there, including the finance manager, made me feel pressured at any time. As a frequent purchaser of motorcycles I look forward to doing business with Mr. Pemberton and your company again in the future. So thank you again for working as hard as you did to earn my business."

"To whom it may concern: My nake is Hyden. About two summers ago I bought a dirt bike from you. I absolutly love how much power it has and how much speed it has. I went to hockey camp near your store. While I was at hockey camp my dad drove around looking for a place that sold dirt bikes, so I could get a bigger and more powerful bike. While he was driving down the road he came upon your store. So he went inside and looked around and after a while he found a bike that he thought I would like. After hockey camp he took me over to your store and looked at it, I liked it a lot. Then we went back to the hotel and thought about it. The next day we went back and bought it. I thank you very much for dooing business with me. Also I thank you for taking the time to read this. Also the bike I bought from you has been my best bike yet, keep up the good work."

"Just wanted to thank you for the fabulous instruction - both in the classroom and on the course. I think I was the oldest person on our group at age 59 and our group had the final day and test in a torrential all day downpour. I passed the riding test and bought a Yamaha Virago 250. I did as recommended and practiced in the parking lots and cemeteries and then started out on side streets. I am now riding it everywhere and wanted to let you know the most important thing I was taught was how to navigate the turns. Look where you want to go and not where you are going!!!! Thanks for a great experience."

"I just wanted to take a minute to say "thank you" for the MSF experience. I did the evening course followed by the riding course that very weekend (6/10-6/14). The class course with John was great. He made late evenings easy in that the material was engaging, he freely engaged in our questions and with all of uscoming from work made what could have been a very long night enjoyable. The weekend riding with Erica and Kurtwas also top notch. We had both beautiful weather and rainy weather and regardless they came prepared. They kept the class moving and did a great job in both encouraging us and critiquing us. their professional tone and calm demeanor puctuate with humor made even long days fun. I was suprised how quickly they got us up riding regardless of how we did in the end worked hard to get us qualified. I cant say enough about the three of them. That combined with the crew in the Cycles 128 clothing/helmet area did wonders helping us get our heads wrapped around gloves, jackets and helmets and patiently dealt with even "dumb" questions. Thanks one and all."

"Hi Rob, I hope all is going well with you, your family and your minisrty work. Just a short note to tell you of the helpfulness of one of your salespeople. My husband Jim and I visited your store this afternoon looking for a used motorcycle. jim passed the cycle riding course last weekend, and is shoppiong for his first bike. We were helped by a newer salesperson, Rick L and he represented himself and your company well. He was courteous and seemed very knowledgeable and comfortable answering our questions. He recommend that Jim look at the Honda Shadow as a first bike, which was apparently the same size that last weekend's teacher recommended for Jim. This was our first look at bikes and Rick will contact us upon our return from vacation in 10 days. Again, I thought you would appreciate this feedback."

"To the owners of Cycles 128, I came into your establishment the end of March to inquire about purchasing a motorcycle, and was approached by one of your sals people, Chris Piacentini. I shared with Chris my riding experience, and personal situation regarding my purchase. I also mentioned that I did not want to take up too much of his time, as I was not sure of my intent. His patience and understanding stood out. His willingness to answer all my questions was always upbeat, and I felt as if I was being treated with courtesy and respect. I was impressed with his attitude as well as his knowledge. Certainly finding a bike that fit my wants and desires was important, but most important to me was how Chris conducted his business, and how comfortable he caused me to be in this transaction. In my profession, accolades and referral letters are keystone to business success. Your organization is fortunate to have someone like Chris. His attitude, honestly, and integrity were a breath of fresh air for me, and it was a pleasure to make my "first" bike purchase through him. I would be willing to reccomend Chris to anyone I know who is making a decision to purchase a bike, and I know when the time comes for me to "trade up", he is the one I will look for."

"Hi, I just wanted to say that last month I completed the course and I found that people who I had as instructors were very competent, knowledgeable, professional and enjoyable. John did the classroom portion of the course and Erica (and a young gentleman) did the riding portion of the course. They all did a fine job! Now all I have to do is find time to hone my skills. LOL"

"Throughout thw process of purchasing mi 1st motorcycle in over 40 years, I'd like to thank the staff of Cycles 128. Forty years is more than enough time to forget about just about anything you haven't done. Beside this, times have changed: so when I pull;ed into the parking lot at Cycles128- I felt like and was, a complete novice in both knowledge and experience. I hadn't even a clue as to what I was looking at or what I wanted: and if there is any truth about not forgetting how to operate a motorcycle, I dinn't feel that way. (Maybe a bicycle, but for me, this was different). After browsing scooters and used bikes outside I headed into the showroom to find someone to talk things over with. I'm not generally fond of dealing with sales staff looking to push their products and increase their quotas: and I didn't get any of that. It wasbusy at the time of my 1st visit, and as a young gentleman was headed my way, I stopped to ask if he had a minute to answer a question. One question turned into many, and I was impressed with both his patience and his answers to my novice questions. Feelling comfortable, by then I wouldn't let him leave as we discussed my likes and preferences, my riding experience and what I was looking for in a motorcycle. Taking note of all this, he showed me several bikes that might fit my needs and that I might be interested in.....explaining the differences. As if he seemed to know, he led me over to one particular bike that cought my fancy more than the others: and I expressed my interest. It was at this point that he said, "let me get one of my sales staff and we can go from there". Unknown to me at the time, the gentleman I was talking with was the Sales Manager, Keith. Not especially looking to change gears of communication and comfort level at this point; but realizing how things work: I agreed and he walked me over and introduced me to Chris P. Keith spent a few moments informing Chris of some of the thongs we had discussed: and Chris took the ball from there. I was quite impressed with the professional and informative way Keith handled things....and likewise, quickly became comfortable with Chris as well. I left without buying a motorcycle that day, not quite sure of my feelings and what decision to make; but after my initial experience, and from that point on- I was comfortable returning several times and talking thons over with Chris. There were no pressure tactics, he answered all my questions and provided much appreciated insights. Chris was a great help throughout the decision making, the sales and purchase process, inroducing me to Parts and Accessories Staff and the Business/ Financial Dept. This same help continued right through and up to last night's delivery. My motorcycle was delivered with the much desired accessories installed, registered, inspected and ready to ride. I couldn't be happier with his help. It was my intention to call Chris P this morning, thanking him, for all of his help; but decided to 1st take a few moments putting my experience in writing....after all, good service deserves good praise. You don't get it everywhere. I will still call Chris to thank him or hopefully drop by; and look forward to seeing him again- as a new and satisfied customer of Cycles128. A greatful and hearty thanks also goes to the Sales Manager Keith, the Parts and Accessories staff, and even the Financial/ Business Staff, generally my least favorite; but in this case they were helpful and pleasant to deal with as well. Thanks Cycles128 for going above and beyond and for making this business transaction a pleasant one from star to finish. I will definitely give a high recommendation to your business setablishment, and confidently refer anyone I may know of meet----your way. "

"You recently held a Coldwave Polarcap jacket for me, and I just wanted to let you know that I truly appreciated it. Its not often that someone will hold an item like that without some kind of payment and hold it for over a week at that. I will continue to do business with you, as everyone treated me so nice, and I will recommend you to everyone I know :). Thanks again and Happy Holidays to everyone! "

"John, I wanted to thank you and your staff for spending the many hours that it took during the past year to finalize my purchase of a 2009 KTM 690 Duke on August 18, 2010. And I especially wanted to convey my respect for Chris Piacentini, who worked enthusiastically to make certain I rode home with an ear-to-ear grin on a new KTM. As you may recall, I first worked with JJ in 2009, after putting down myinitial deposit. Then I spoke with Rosa and Keith after JJ left. Thenyou and I spoke during the winter and early spring before I finallystarted to talk with Chris Piacentini in May of this year. When Ifinally met Chris face-to-face for the first time on August 10th at Cycles 128, the KTM purchase really fell into place. A week later, I had my new KTM. During every step of the process, I felt that Chris was my advocate; he listened to all of my concerns and got me detailed answers right away.It was clear that he was adept at managing expectations from all parties involved, because at the end of the week, despite several honest hiccups that would have fazed and flustered a lesser salesperson, Chris was ableto close the deal, and I got exactly what I wanted. I should also mention that Luis was a pleasure to work with; I reallyenjoyed my time with him doing the paperwork, and he had a verycompelling argument for 128's value-adds. Before I left the dealership,Chris also introduced me to Mike, "the new guy" in Service (I'd alreadymet the two Franks), and to Josh, who did a great job of detailing my KTM and walking me through all of its features. Furthermore, Chris's post-sale follow-through has been exemplary. He contacted me a few times and made sure I was happy with the KTM. All-in-all, I had a great experience purchasing my KTM at Cycles 128, and when I'm ready for my next motorcycle purchase, Chris will be the first person I call. "
