This kit is requried for each wheel. Kit includes bolt (95817-100-65-00), washer (90201-106F2-00), and nut/ collar (90179-10670-00). Needed to install plastic "Open" style 8CR colored bogey wheels on '01 - '04 models that came stock with 8CR solid black wheels.
Fits '98-'04 models originally equipped with stock black plastic wheels.
